This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 1/4

15.03.2024 and to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non-traceable certificate for the missing original sale deed No.456/2010 dated 22.01.2010 as per the Circular Memorandum in RC.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that the representation given by the petitioner herein to issue non-traceable certificate is examined and investigation is conducted. Following the guidelines issued by the Director General of Police on 01.04.2022, the representation will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
