Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition bail order in Crl.O.P.No.14341 of 2021 in Crime no. 614 of 2021 on the file of the M-5, Ennore Police Station, Chennai-600 057, the respondent herein in the above case.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ELAKKIYA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 13.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions.
