The prayer in this petition is to extend the time of four weeks granted by this Court in C.M.P.No.7691 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.823 of 2023, dated 06.04.2023, for payment of 50% of maintenance amount, till the admission of S.L.P.(C) No.011545 of 2023.

2. Mr.T.P.Prabhakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the SLP has been disposed of granting the petitioner three weeks' time to comply with the original conditional order dated 06.04.2023. The time granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court expires today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Hence, C.M.P.No.12298 of 2023 is dismissed.
