Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and quash the impugned order of first respondent, Chief Engineer (Personnel) in memo No.036061/342/G.43/G.432/2016-7 dated 03.09.2016 transferring the petitioner from the post of Filed Assistant in Coimbatore Electrical Distribution Circle / South to Generation Circle / Kundah and consequently direct the first respondent to retain the petitioner in the Coimbatore Distribution Circle / South.
