communication dated 27.01.2021 has been received from the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (Southern Region), Chennai requesting for extension of six months for the disposal of the appeal. By order dated 09.10.2020 in W.P.No.11862 of 2020, this Court had directed the DRAT to dispose of the appeal within three months.

Based on the aforesaid request, time, as requested, is extended by a period of six months.
