2. Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that in this case charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pennagaram and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the first respondent.

4. In such view of the matter, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pennagaram is directed to expedite the case by taking cognizance on merits without further delay.
