The petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent with the grievance that the revision of guideline value of property in S.No. 51/1B1A, situated at Corporation Road, Seevaram Village, Kancheepuram District, is not in accordance with law. Since the said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
