R3 impleaded vide order dated 05.07.2019 made in W.M.P.No.18945 of 2019 in W.P.No.17930 of 2019 Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to the proceeding vide O.MU.A/96/2017 dated 23.05.2017 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner along with interest with regard to the land situated at S.No.77/5 Kaadapperikuppam village, Vannur Taluk, Villupuram District.
