Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in their letter vide Na.Ka.No.2/K.Paa.Uo/2021 dated 12.07.2021, relating to the explanation letter to evict the petitioner's residential house situated at S.No.69/2, K.Papparapatti village and post, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District - 635 207 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the first respondent from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of her residential house till the appropriate action of the revenue authority.
