(CR.NO.1724/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court order dated 30.06.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.6575 of 2021 in Crime No.1724 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, Oragadam Police Station, Kancheepuram District.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.MILTON ARUL RAJENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 22.03.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 22.03.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner should appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30.a.m., till the filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
