This petition has been filed to relax the entire condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4996 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 5710 of 2022 dated 13.04.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
