2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the order dated 16.10.2020, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.20,000/- and he seeks two weeks time to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16596 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.

3. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
