It could be seen from the docket sheet appended to this Writ Petition that even on earlier occasions, i.e., on 14.07.2014, 25.08.2014, 10.09.2014 and 27.03.2017, when the Writ Petition was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
