ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to take action against illegal construction put up by fifth respondent under Sections 56 and 57 of the Town and Country Planning Act.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for Corporation, who accepts notice for respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submits that notice dated 24.02.2026 has been issued for production of documents and he undertakes that the Corporation would proceed in accordance with law.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.18358 of 2026 filed to permit the petitioners to join together and file single writ petition is allowed, as they have paid

separate court-fee. Consequently, the other interim application is closed.
