ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506(II) IPC and Section 11(1) and 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have forced the defacto complainant's daughter to have love affair with him. It is also alleged that the petitioner had threatened the victim girl with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he seeks for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier this court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No. 10913 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2021 on 06.07.2021 on the ground that there is serious allegations levelled against him. He further submitted that there is no change of circumstances and hence, vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Taking into consideration the antecedents of the petitioner and this Court had dismissed the earlier application filed by the petitioner and also that there is no change of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
