The petitioner filed an appeal before the 1st respondent aggrieved over the non-furnishing of relevant information sought, even after the orders passed by this Court in W.P. No. 17185 of 2014 dated 01.07.2014. Seeking a direction to dispose of the said appeal, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, the 1st respondent, before whom the appeal dated 18.09.2015 is pending, is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
