Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the appellant has received Form-II from the Department. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Appeal so as to enable the appellant to avail the benefit under the Direct Tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2024.
