Account No.6038777616 of Maha Foundation, proprietrix, Mrs.Uma Maheshwari and safe deposit lockers standing in their name, passed by the order dated 21.12.2013 issued to Indian Bank, Kilpauk Branch - K.O37 103, New Avadi Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010, by the respondent police and direct the Indian Bank to permit the petitioners to operate their accounts.

Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.2284 of 2014: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to defreeze the F.D.R.No.3247157085 stands in the name of the first petitioner which was freezed by the order dated 21.12.2013 issued by Central Bank of India, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai - 600 040, by the respondent police and direct the Central Bank of India to permit the petitioners to operate the account.

These criminal original petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 21.12.2013 issued by the concerned banks by the respondent police and direct the bank to permit the petitioners to operate their accounts. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and filed a final report and same has been taken cognizance in Crime No.200 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Special Court of CCB, Egmore, Chennai.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in these petitions cannot be considered by this Court.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the trial Court for appropriate relief.
