ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to relax the condition

imposed under para 6(b) of the order dated 07.04.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.8247 of 2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.04.2026 at paragraph 6(b), viz., the petitioner shall stay at Puducherry and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a,m, until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction without the permission of the Bail Court or the Trial court to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Puducherry and report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Except the above said modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
