By memo dated 25.01.2019, the learned counsel on record sought permission to withdraw their appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The said memo was taken on record. 2.Today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through a new counsel.

3.This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide suitable employment to the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stating that his father died on 23.04.2004, while he was in service, due to which, his family was suffering from financial constrains.

4.This Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for herein cannot be granted to the petitioner, taking note of the fact that the employment can be provided, only after following due procedure as provided under the relevant statute. 5.Hence, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned in the manner known to law, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
