Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from issuing the distributorship to the third respondent for Indane LPG at Kadayampatti, Salem District. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 and 2 from issuing the distributorship to the third respondent for Indane LPG at Kadayampatti, Salem District.

2.The affidavit filed in support of the petition clearly shows that the third respondent was already selected for LPG Distributorship at Kadayampatti, Salem District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.After admitting the fact that the third respondent has been selected for LPG Distributorship, the petitioner has to work out his remedy by challenging the correctness of the selection order. Without doing so, he cannot come to this Court seeking a different prayer for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 and 2 from issuing the distributorship to the third respondent for Indane LPG at Kadayampatti, Salem District. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is also dismissed.
