O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15931 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21975 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 in connection with Crime No. 155 of 2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Crl.M.P.No.15931 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 21975 of 2022 dated 09.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 30.05.2026 and thereafter, once in every six weeks on Saturday (i.e., on every sixth Saturday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
