2. The suit has been filed for partition of the immovable properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and outside the jurisdiction.

Considering the fact that some of the properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and to meet ends of justice in a partition suit, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
