This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 and 2 being the legal heirs of the deceased Kondamma, the sole petitioner in W.P.No.22590 of 2014.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the Writ papers.
