ORDER

This petition has been filed to execute the Non-bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur against the first respondent in STC No.1440 of 2009.

2. The concerned Inspector is present before this Court and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor after getting instructions from the Police Officer states that, the police would execute the warrant within a period of one month.

Recording the undertaking given by the Inspector of Police, this petition is closed.
