This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.866 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police within a time period.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a time bound direction to the respondent police to conduct the investigation.
