ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 20.03.2026.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner, who is a minor, has approached this Court seeking the disbursement of the Provident Fund (PF) accumulations outstanding in the account of his late mother, Deepa, who was employed with the fourth respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submits that the fourth respondent-employer has not yet provided the necessary details regarding the Provident Fund contributions made on behalf of the petitioner's deceased mother. He further prays for a period of eight weeks to process and settle the said Provident Fund amount.
4. Heard the submissions made by both sides and perused the records.
5. In view of the submissions, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.03.2026 and disburse the Provident Fund accumulated in the petitioner's deceased mother's account within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The fourth respondent is also directed to forthwith furnish all requisite details and records to the second and third respondents to facilitate the timely consideration of the representation and subsequent disbursal of the Provident Fund amount to the petitioner.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. K.SURENDER, J.
