(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard M/s.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Government Pleader (i/c.) appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, Government Advocate, appearing for respondent no.4 and Mrs.Sudarsana Sundar, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that a veterinary hospital was being setup in Nethaji Street play ground/children's park, situated at S.No.100/11 to the extent of 8 cents and S.No.100/12 to the extent of 32 cents, of Chennakuppam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. 3.Mrs.Narmadha Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General, stated that the proposal of setting up of veterinary hospital in S.Nos.100/11 and 100/12 has now been given up and they have identified a new place to set up the said project. In this view of the matter, this petition is infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
