(MC6) Department, dated 19.12.2012 and the consequential proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.C1/6249/2011, dated 25.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion as Assistant in accordance with the seniority, with all consequential benefits on part with his juniors.
