[Respondents] Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling records from the 1st respondent relating to the impugned award dated 05.02.2015 in I.D. No.223 of 2009 and quash only that portion of the award denying reinstatement with continuity of service 50% back wages and all other attendant benefits and awarding compensation of 50% of back wages from 03.12.2008 to till the date of award in lieu of reinstatement and direct the 2nd respondent to reinstatement the petitioner in service with full back wages continuity of service and other attendant service benefits and award cost.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 24.10.2016 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal.
