The petitioner has filed this revision seeking for a direction to dispose the O.P.No.4236 of 2013 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the ''A'' diary would reveal that PW1's cross examination is in progress which commenced during November 2015. As the matter is pending from the year 2013, without going into the merits of the case, the II Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai is directed to take up O.P.No.4236 of 2013 on priority basis and dispose of the same at the earliest, not later than 30.06.2017.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
