ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have served him with a copy of the appeal order and thus, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail remedies, if any available to him in accordance with law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
