The present petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the petitioner's presence pursuant to the issuance of statutory notice in Contempt Petition No.950 of 2022.
2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide its order dated 24.01.2022 in W.P.No.1822 of 2020 had directed the respondents to release the balance 50% of the admitted dues in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failure in compliance of the said order had resulted in filing of Contempt Petition No.950 of 2022 and statutory notice was issued to the petitioner herein.
3. In view of the fact that the order of this Court has not been complied with and statutory notice has been issued to the respondent, the petition seeking to dispense with the contemnor's presence cannot be entertained. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.

4. However, liberty is granted to the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner herein to file petition for dispensing with the appearance of the petitioner/contemnor, along with the compliance report, if the order has been complied with.
