This writ petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner and the 4th respondent are neighbours. Due to the nuisance caused by the 4th respondent by dumping of waste adjacent to the petitioner's house, the petitioner is put to great hardship. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action to redress his grievance by making an inspection and to prevent the 4th respondent from continuing with such an activity. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

In view of the limited scope of the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2015, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
