O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 8852 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 in connection with Crime No.24 of 2026 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police twice a day at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., for a period of 60 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8852 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
