This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a Case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.08.2016 and CSR.No.368/R7/L&O/16 dated 08.08.2016 on the file of the respondent police and to file the final report within a time period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.1258 of 2016 has been registered on 19.03.2015 for offences under Sections147, 294(b), 447, 323 and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
