ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily by 10.00 a.m. until further in order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.1618 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Session Judge, Thiruvallur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear and sign before the respondent police station daily by 10.00 a.m. until further in order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Crl.MP.No.1618 of 2025 is modified to the extend that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 22.04.2025 in Crl.MP.No.1618 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the condition is modified.
