Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 26.8.2015 and to take disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 26.8.2015 and to take disciplinary action against the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the third respondent is a Government employee and he has committed certain crimes against the writ petitioner. However, the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner was received by the police and a criminal complaint was registered in Crime No.512 of 2015 under Sections 341, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and a criminal case is in progress.

3. Such being the factum of the case, no such direction is necessary as such sought for in this writ petition. In view of the fact that already action was initiated against the complaint by the police, by registering the criminal case, the other grounds raised in this writ petition requires no further consideration.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, no orders as to costs.
