JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the plaintiff has sought for withdrawal of the suit as the matter has been settled out of Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected A.No.2187 of 2012 is also closed. Registry is directed to refund half of the Court fee as per Rules. No costs.
