This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.25 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondent police to investigate the matter and to file final report in Cr.No.25 of 2014, on or before 31.08.2015.
