Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 1st respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 and 3 herein along with their musclemen after registering the case based on the petitioner's complaint vide in CSR No.362/2015 dated 02.03.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

The petitioner has filed this Petition seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to take legal action against the respondents 2 and 3 herein based on the petitioner's complaint vide in CSR No.362/2015 dated 02.03.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to give the closure report to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to take further action in the manner known to law.
