Mr.S.Prabhu, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself.

2.The petitioner filed this writ petition, seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conclude and pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide Charge Memo dated 12.11.2013, in the light of the letter dated 12.11.2014 issued by the Inspector of Police, T.Kallupatti Police Station.

3.The learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that enquiry of the disciplinary proceedings is almost over and the respondents would pass final orders within two months. 4.In view of the same and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for herein, this Court directs the third respondent to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders in the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide Charge Memo dated 12.11.2013 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent is also directed to communicate the same to the petitioner. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
