Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to demolish the unauthorised construction put up by the 6th respondent at No.10, North Madha Church Street, Royapuram, Chennai-600 013 within Division 5 of the Greater Chennai City Municipal Corporation and restore the land to its original condition besides removing the encroachment of 3 feet of Corporation's land in the street.
