This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give protection to the petitioner from the 2nd and 3rd respondents, based on the petition and representation dated 12.12.2014 and 16.12.2014 respectively.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that on the basis of the representation dated 16.12.2014 given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.374 of 2014 and the same is closed on 27.12.2014.
