PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records in notice no.017375 dated nil relating to the property bearing door no.19/36/1, Natesan Street, T.Nagar, Chennai - 17, Zone no.8, Division 127 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the law. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Chennai Corporation made a submission that the writ petitioner had already cleared the arrears of Property Tax.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirmed the said submission and has stated that subsequent assessments were also made by the Corporation and the petitioner cleared all the Property Tax arrears.

3.Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
