ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to publish the merit list of the petitioners herein for admission to the MBBS Course 2016-2017 and to direct the 2nd respondent to admit the petitioners to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

MBBS Course based on their marks forthwith.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned senior counsel for the Petitioners would submit that even at the time of filing of the Writ Petition, the 1st Petitioner got admitted and now, after the interim order was granted, the Petitioners 2 and 3 also got admission in the Vellore Medical College and Hospital. In view of such subsequent development that the admission has been granted to petitioners them, allotment order can be given to them and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
