This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 11(5) r/w Section 12 of the POCSO Act, Sections 78(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(2), 308(2) and 77 of the BNS Act and Section 67A of the IT Act instead of Sections 11(5) r/w Section 12 of the POCSO Act, Sections 78(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) and 77 of the BNS Act and Section 67A of the IT Act in Crl.O.P.No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.

2. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.10490 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.
