ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR against the said Mr.Jayakumar, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.01.2019 vide CSR No.137 of 2019 to the 2nd respondent and investigate the matter accordance with law same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
