Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the notice issued by the respondent dated 20.03.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent to register and return the sale deed pending on the file to respondent in P168/2013 without insisting or production of Chitta.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the respondent dated 20.03.2013, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to produce Chitta for registration of the sale deed.

2. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that subsequent to the impugned notice dated 20.03.2013, the petitioner had produced a copy of the Chitta as required by the respondent and the sale deed was registered as Document No.8701 of 2015 and released on 27.11.2015. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition becomes infructuous.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the opinion, no further orders is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
