This petition has been filed to amend the patta No.1438 instead of Patta No.455 in the Order in W.P.No.10892 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024.

2. Having regard the averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The registry is directed carry out the above amendment in the Order in W.P.No.10892 of 2024 dated 18.04.2024 and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
